Chef Byrne is a lover of Mexican food, in fact for one of our first dates we went to the local Mexican restaurant & you better believe he ordered an extra side of beans. In an effort to upgrade all of our favorite meals, these beans were born. We gave them a major upgrade by sprouting organic pinto beans, a bone broth base, and lard from pasture-raised pigs we hand render in house. Pick up a package of our sourdough tortillas & taco seasoning and you'll never have to eat out again!
